以下為條款與條件(下稱為「協議」)規範您存取與使用我們的線上平台、並透過該平台提供治療(下稱為「YouGood 平台」)。本網站由 UGood HK Limited 擁有及經營。本平台可透過多個網站或應用程式提供或使用,無論是由我們或第三方擁有及/或操作、包括但不限於網站 ugoodhk.com 及其相關應用程式。
通過訪問或使用平臺,您將簽定本協議。開始使用「YouGood 平台」之前,應仔細閱讀本協議。如果您不同意受本協議任何條款的約束,請勿使用「YouGood 平台」。
1. 保密責任和私隱:我們優先考慮客戶的保密性和隱私性。我們使用安全平臺並採取適當措施來保護於在線治療和諮詢會議期間共享的信息。但是,請注意任何聯機通信方法都不能保證絕對安全,在我們努力保障安全之下,未經授權的攔截或洩漏的風險是極低的。爲了儘量保護客戶的數據隱私,我們要求客戶提供最少的個人信息。
2. 知情的同意:透過線上諮詢服務、您確認您已在知情的情況下同意參與此類治療。您瞭解與線上諮詢相關的潛在好處與風險。
3. 輔導員/治療師是獨立的提供者、他們本身負責輔導員/治療師服務的成效。如果您在我們在線預訂系統中預約的輔導員/治療師在預約時段內無法出席,「「YouGood 平台」將會在一天內發送一封電子郵件通知您,並隨後進行退款安排。
4. 緊急情況:在線諮詢可能不適合解決危機或緊急情況。如果您遇到精神健康緊急狀況或有受傷的風險、 您必須立即撥打當地的緊急服務電話、並通知有關當局。 「YouGood 平台」設計不適用於任何緊急情況,輔導員/治療師無法提供任何緊急情況所需的幫助。
5. 客戶責任:身為客戶您有責任在線上諮詢過程中提供正確且真實的資訊。爲了保持保密性,您應確保會面對話是在一個私人且安全的環境。如果您的聯絡資訊有任何變更、或是在諮詢期間遇到任何技術問題、請務必立即通知您的輔導員/治療師。
6a) 法律與道德考量:我們的線上諮詢服務遵守適用的法律與道德準則。我們在法律和專業標準允許的範圍內保持客戶保密性。然而、如果法律要求、擔心您的安全或他人的安全、或有理由懷疑兒童或弱勢成人有遭受傷害或虐待的風險、我們可 能有義務揭露資訊。如果輔導員/治療師認為客戶或其他人有立即危險或有傷害風險、他們會嘗試與客戶討論其不遵守保密責任的決定。然而,如果輔導員/治療師認爲有必要立即採取行動以確保客戶或他人的人身安全,他們保留在未經事先諮詢的情況下不遵守保密責任的權利。
6B)輔導員/治療師還需要按照其註冊專業機構的道德守則定期接受監督。這意味著另一位經驗豐富的輔導員/治療師監督他們的實踐並遵守相同的保密責任標準。
7. 服務限制:線上諮詢可能不適合每個人。輔導員/治療師會評估您的需求、並判斷線上諮詢是否適合您。如果確定網上諮詢不合適,可以提供其他選項或推薦。
8. 服務終止:如果確定不再合適或有益,我們保留終止在線諮詢服務的權利。我們會嘗試與您討論此決定、並在必要時探索替代方案。
9. 此平臺可能包含由第三方提供或提供的其他內容、產品或服務(下稱為「第三方內容」)、第三方內容的的鏈接(包括但不限於鏈接至其他網站),或與第三方內容相關的廣告。我們對建立此類第三方內容概不負責、包括(但不限於)任何相關產品、實務、條款或政策、且對於任何由第三方內容所造成的任何損害或損失概不負責。
10. 投訴:輔導員/治療師及客戶會一起檢討工作,檢討工作進度,並可解決兩者之間的困難。然而,如客戶欲投訴輔導員/治療師提供的服務,可與輔導員/治療師的專業註冊機構聯絡。通過與「YouGood 平台」進行在線諮詢服務,您承認您已閱讀並理解此免責聲明並同意其條款。
11. 免責聲明有中英文版本。中文翻譯版本只供參考作用。當兩者有衝突時,一概以英文版的為準。

YouGood Online Counselling (Disclaimer)

The following are the Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") which govern your access and use of our online platform through which therapy may be provided (collectively the "YouGood Platform"). This website is owned and operated by UGood HK Limited. The platform may be provided or be accessible via multiple websites or applications whether owned and/or operated by us or by third parties, including, without limitation, the website ugoodhk.com and its related apps.

By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. You should read this Agreement carefully before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of this Agreement, please do not access the Platform.
1. Confidentiality and Privacy: We prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of our clients.We use secure platforms and take appropriate measures to protect the information shared during online therapy and counselling sessions. However, please be aware that no online communication method can guarantee absolute security, and there is a minimal risk of unauthorized interception or breach despite our efforts. However, to safeguard our clients' data privacy, we require the least personal information from our clients.

2. Informed Consent: By engaging in online counselling services, you acknowledge that you have provided informed consent to participate in this form of therapy. You understand the potential benefits and risks associated with online counselling.

3. The therapists are independent providers and they themselves are responsible for the performance of the Therapist Services. If a therapist you made an appointment with (in our online booking system) is not able to show up during the scheduled timeslot, an email will be sent to notify you within ONE day and refund arrangement will be made subsequently.

4. Emergency Situations: Online counselling may not be suitable for addressing crisis situations or emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at risk of harm, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES NUMBER AND NOTIFY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITES. THE PLATFORM IS NOT DESIGNED FOR USE IN ANY EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND THE THERAPISTS CANNOT PROVIDE THE ASSISTANCE REQUIRED IN ANY EMERGENCY CASES.

5. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during online counselling sessions. To maintain confidentiality, you should ensure that you have a private and secure environment for your sessions. It is crucial to promptly inform your therapist of any changes in your contact information or if you experience any technical difficulties during sessions.

6a. Legal and Ethical Considerations: Our online counselling services adhere to the applicable legal and ethical guidelines. We maintain client confidentiality within the limits allowed by law and professional standards. However, we may be obligated to disclose the information if required by law, if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others, or if there is reason to suspect that a child or vulnerable adult is at risk of harm or abuse. In situations where the therapist perceives that the client or someone else is in immediate danger or at risk of harm, they will try to discuss their decision to breach confidentiality with the client. However, if the therapist deems it necessary to act immediately to ensure the client's or others' physical safety, they reserve the right to break confidentiality without prior consultation.

6b. The therapists also undergo regular supervision following the Code of Ethics of their registered professional bodies. This means that another experienced therapist oversees their practice and adheres to the same standards of confidentiality.

7. Limitations of Services: Online counselling may not be suitable for everyone. The therapist will assess your needs and determine if online counselling suits you. If it is determined that online counselling is not suitable, alternative options or referrals may be provided.

8. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate online counselling services if it is determined that it is no longer appropriate or beneficial. We will try to discuss this decision with you and explore alternative options if necessary.

9. The platform may contain other content, products or services that are offered or provided by third parties ("Third Party Content"), links to Third Party Content (including but not limited to links to other websites), or advertisements which are related to Third Party Content. We have no responsibility for creating such Third-Party Content, including (but not limited to) any related products, practices, terms or policies, and we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by any Third-Party Content.

10. Complaints: Therapists and clients will review their work together to review progress and that difficulties can be sorted between them. However, should the client wish to make a complaint about the service the therapists have offered, they can contact the professional registration body of the therapists.

By engaging in online counselling services with YouGood platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to its terms.
